Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that means The Way of Hand and Foot.
Tae Kwon Do encompasses not only a method of self-defense, but it is also
a sport, an exercise program, and a way to develop self-confidence,
self-discipline, and self respect.
Hap Ki Do
Literally translated, Hap Ki Do means, The Way of Coordinated Power, and is widely recognized as
an excellent method of self defense, especially for women, because it does not rely on strength
or size. Instead, Hap Ki Do uses your attacker’s size, strength, and balance against them.
Russian Martial Art (Systema)
Russian Martial Art, or simply The System ("Systema"), is a comprehensive art based on centuries-old
Russian martial arts traditions that have been developed and used in modern times by the elite units
of the Russian Special Forces known as Spetsnaz.
